At The Lille Björn, we take pride in crafting each item with the utmost care and attention to detail. All orders are made to order, ensuring that you receive a unique, high-quality product tailored to your specifications. Please note the following shipping information:
Processing Time
Since all of our products are made to order, please allow the following timeframes for production:
- Standard Items: 1-5 business days
- Personalized Items: 1-10 business days
For high-demand periods like Christmas, we recommend ordering in advance to respect our manufacturing times. Special requests are welcomed, and we will do our best to assist you.
Once your order is completed, it will be shipped promptly.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide except to conflict zones. Please note that international shipping times may vary depending on the destination country and customs processing.
For orders shipped to the United States, all tariffs are covered by The Lille Björn. For all other international destinations, the customer is responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply. In some cases, international shipments may be delayed due to customs procedures.
While we ensure that all orders are processed and shipped promptly from our side, once the parcel is handed over to the carrier, delivery timelines and customs clearance are outside of our control. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for delays or issues that occur during transit or customs handling.
Tracking Your Order
Delivery times depend on your location. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment.
If your tracking number doesn't update or the package status isn’t moving, please contact us directly at support@thelillebjorn.com before taking any further action. We will reach out to the carrier to try to resolve the issue and provide you with any available updates. If we suspect the package is lost, we will work with the carrier to investigate the matter and ensure a prompt resolution.
Please note that during international transit, tracking updates may pause for several days while the parcel is moving between countries or being processed by customs.
Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, external factors, or stolen packages once the package has been marked as delivered. We encourage you to monitor your tracking details regularly for updates.
If your parcel has arrived in the destination country and there have been no updates for 14 days, we are able to initiate a trace/investigation request with the carrier.
Investigations into delayed or missing international shipments can only be initiated by the carrier no earlier than 21 calendar days and no later than 6 months from the date of dispatch. This timeframe is set by the postal service and applies to all registered international parcels. Before taking any external action please contact us directly at support@thelillebjorn.com. We are here to help and will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
Customs & Duties:
Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes. Upon arrival of your order in the destination country, any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees will be assessed by the local customs authorities. These fees are outside of our control and are the responsibility of the customer. For more information regarding potential charges, we recommend contacting your local customs office prior to placing an order.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We take great care in packaging your items securely. However, if your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@thelillebjorn.com as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Undeliverable Packages
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange for a reshipment. Please note that additional shipping fees may apply. Refunds will not be issued for undeliverable packages if the address was entered incorrectly.
Address Changes:
If you need to change the delivery address after placing an order, notify us via email as soon as possible. Once the package has been dispatched, changes are not possible. Address changes after dispatch will incur a surcharge equivalent to the shipment cost.
Delivery Tips:
To avoid delivery issues, ensure the provided address is accurate and someone will be available to receive the package. Please include a contact number for smooth delivery.
Non-Delivery or Misdelivery
We are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered but are not received, so please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the time of delivery.
